We celebrated my aide and friend, Etsuko's, birthday on May 19! She turned 25 and we celebrated by taking her to a delicious fondue restaurant, Angelo's. Aki, Dayle, Tim, and I joined Etsuko for her special dinner that she deserved! Happy Birthday, Etsuko!

Maureen hosted a wonderful Caribbean themed party to get us ready for the summer! It was pot luck and we had some fabulous food...jerk shrimp, coconut rice, rum chicken, etc. We brought pineapple and cabbage salad...and it was actually quite tasty! We enjoyed partying in Mo's river view apartment and watching the sun set. Thanks, Mo, for being such a fabulous hostess!
